24.06.2020 (Week 11)

So my partner and I both decided to do personal portfolio, since that seems to be the easiest choice. My pasrtner had constructed his content and provided a sitemap.

Based on the sitemap, I designed a layout.

After that, I tried to create mockup based on the draft using the color scheme and typeface chosen, as well as images provided from my partner.

01.07.2020 (Week 12)

After showing the mockup to my lecturer, he said that the font choice isn't suitable for a website and is too big. He also suggested that I add the social media icons in the footer.

My lecturer said the mockup is okay now, but the first page is not exciting. To my defense, I was thinking of making the first page looking like a cover page. Like, there's nothing there except for the call to action that would direct you to other pages. Some websites do that, don't they? But eh, guess I'll have to change that, huh. 


22.07.2020 (Week 15)

Yes, so submission was supposed to be two weeks ago, but we got extensions :)
I haven't even touched the coding since I finished the mockup, so this is truly a blessing. Submission is pushed to the 27th. So I have enough time to do one page, one day :)


24.07.2020 (Week15)
Yo I finished early. Who would've thought. This is a miracle. I surprise myself. 

Aight so the finished website doesn't really look like the mockup. But that's fine right? We can't get stuck on one design only. We can always improvise as we go one. That's how life is.
